Job Description
- Support the consulting team in conducting surveys and gathering business requirements from clients.
- Participate in analyzing and describing client business processes such as Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Human Resources, and Production.
- Assist in system configuration based on analyzed business requirement documents.
- Participate in functional testing after configuration and before handover to clients.
- Record and handle system issues during the implementation process.
- Write user manuals and software usage documentation.
- Learn and research ERP, CRM, and other enterprise technology solutions.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting – Auditing, Logistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise business processes is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, logical thinking, and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to read and understand technical English documents.
- No prior experience required. Training will be provided during the internship.
